Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for import/export cargo via air, sea, and ground
- Maintain accurate documentation (Bills of Lading, customs forms, manifests)
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Resolve transportation delays and compliance issues
- Optimize routing and container utilization for cost efficiency
- Prepare monthly shipping reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
