Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Optimize inventory management and warehouse workflows to minimize transit delays
- Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, FDA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs brokerage, and hazardous materials handling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
