Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve transit delays
- Manage inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies in warehouse systems
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and carrier teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Prepare and maintain compliance paperwork (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and INCOTERMS
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
