- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and freight movements across multiple carriers
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations (ITAR, FDA)
- Analyze shipping performance metrics and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle SCM, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export/import regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
