Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (LTL, FTL, air, ocean)
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Optimize routing and freight spend through carrier negotiations and load planning
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping delays, customs issues, and carrier disputes efficiently
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams for integrated logistics support
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with proven track record of error-free documentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
