Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, rail, and ground transport
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for Mexico/US border crossings
- Optimize routing and carrier partnerships to minimize transit times
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient load planning
- Maintain accurate shipping records and performance metrics
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Expertise in customs brokerage and NAFTA documentation
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English/Spanish (bilingual required)
- OSHA hazmat certification preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume shipping operations
