Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage customs documentation, compliance, and international shipping regulations
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to synchronize logistics operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Implement and maintain shipping software systems and digital documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and international shipping regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle Transportation Management, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize shipping routes and methods
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of reducing shipping costs while improving delivery times
