Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (air, sea, ground)
- Prepare and process customs documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Communicate shipment status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Proficiency in customs clearance procedures and international trade regulations
- Expert knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
