Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules and prioritize outbound freight across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory levels and reconcile shipping documentation with ERP systems
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and packaging
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs while maintaining delivery SLAs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and international shipping requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience a plus
