Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to optimize storage and fulfillment
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent delays
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and transportation modes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot shipping issues
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
