Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively address transit delays
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse receiving/shipping activities
- Collaborate with sales, customs, and carrier teams to resolve shipment issues
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
- Maintain accurate shipment records using logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations (Incoterms, customs)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
