Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock reconciliations
- Prepare and process commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs while ensuring on-time deliveries
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and proactively address logistics challenges
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and procurement teams to align shipping schedules
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in shipping software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
