Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via LTL, FTL, and air freight
- Manage transportation documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients for timely delivery
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions proactively
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with customs brokerage documentation
