Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across air, sea, and ground carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Liaise with customs brokers and international partners for compliance
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize delivery routes
- Prepare bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Collaborate with sales teams to fulfill client delivery requirements
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
