Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including air, sea, and ground freight
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve transit delays proactively
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping databases
- Communicate shipment status to clients and internal stakeholders
- Optimize packaging solutions to reduce costs and ensure cargo safety
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP software
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
