Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize shipping routes and negotiate carrier rates
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient load planning
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
- Implement cost-saving initiatives in shipping operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
