- Liaise with carriers, clients, and internal teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Optimize logistics routes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and safety protocols
- Analyze shipping data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare and maintain detailed shipping records and reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or TMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
