Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and tracking updates
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to minimize costs and transit times
- Resolve delivery exceptions and provide real-time shipment status updates
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements and cost savings
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain role
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Ability to interpret complex shipment data and make decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
