Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules and routes
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with carriers to optimize freight costs and timelines
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Maintain compliance with DOT and export regulations
- Utilize WMS software for inventory and order management
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS and TMS software
- Familiarity with Incoterms and customs regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
