- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for import/export processes
- Track and trace shipments using TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Resolve shipping delays and exceptions through carrier negotiations
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on delivery timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued for Latin American routes
