Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, including carrier selection, documentation, and customs clearance
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate rates with 3PLs and carriers
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and proactively resolve delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and packaging
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate shipping reports and KPIs for continuous process improvement
- Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding shipment status and inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL, air freight, and ocean shipping processes
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CITT) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Familiarity with AZ/Mesa-specific shipping regulations and carrier networks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
