Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple distribution centers and carriers
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and shipping manifests
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs while ensuring on-time delivery
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers and shipping partners
- Analyze shipping data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Relevant certification (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) preferred
