Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 100% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms and provide proactive updates
- Resolve logistics disruptions and optimize routing for cost efficiency
- Liaise with carriers, clients, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile shipping data weekly
- Implement process improvements to reduce transit times and errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Blue Yonder)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
