Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and documentation
- Optimize transportation routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking and shipping documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide proactive customer updates
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for logistics workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (required)
