Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routing and freight costs while maintaining delivery timelines
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with customs brokers, warehouses, and vendor partners
- Generate shipping reports and maintain compliance records
- Implement continuous improvements to logistics workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Spanish language skills highly valued
