Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments through LTL, FTL, and air freight carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Generate and manage shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to internal/external stakeholders
- Optimize packaging to reduce costs while ensuring product safety
- Resolve shipping delays and customs clearance issues
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to align on delivery schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field
