Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Optimize routes and carriers to minimize costs/delivery times
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions proactively
- Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory agencies
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for seamless fulfillment
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms and shipping regulations
- Strong negotiation skills with carriers/vendors
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
