Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS and TMS platforms
- Liaise with carriers to optimize freight routes and schedules
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping regulations
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
