Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track and monitor shipments using TMS/WMS systems to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory management and order fulfillment
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide proactive customer updates
- Optimize logistics routes to reduce costs and transit times
- Maintain compliance with DOT/IMO regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
