Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage documentation (B/Ls, customs forms, invoices) for regulatory compliance
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to resolve transit issues
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS/WMS systems
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for seamless inventory integration
- Generate shipping reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in supply chain preferred
- OSHA certification a plus
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
