Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and commercial invoices.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status, inventory levels, and delivery logs.
- Optimize shipping routes and carriers to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred).
