Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Load/unload trucks with precision while following safety protocols
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (certification required)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide proof)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license preferred
