Responsibilities
- Manage the full shipping lifecycle, including scheduling, documentation, and final delivery confirmation.
- Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate freight movement.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and TMS platforms.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding shipment status.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in transportation management software (e.g., ProLogistix, HighJump) or experience with TMS.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and domestic/international shipping regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure setting.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
