Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) for compliance
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software and resolve delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely loading/unloading
- Optimize routes and negotiate freight rates to reduce costs
- Act as primary contact for clients regarding shipment status
- Generate monthly shipping reports and KPI analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and WMS systems
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or relevant field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
