Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipment status, track carriers, and resolve any delays or issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping logs and inventory movements within the company ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in shipping software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations, freight forwarding, and international trade laws.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
