Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international freight shipments, including LTL, FTL, and air freight.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Track shipments in real-time to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping logs, inventory levels, and carrier performance data.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on logistics strategies.
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory to prevent stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of freight terms, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot logistics challenges immediately.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
