As a critical link in our supply chain, you will manage the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Logistics Operations: Schedule and manage the pickup and delivery of freight to ensure on-time arrival and optimal routing.
- Document Management: Prepare, verify, and process all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and carriers, providing real-time updates on shipment status and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Inventory & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of shipping logs, inventory levels, and freight claims.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot shipment delays or damages and coordinate with warehouse staff to rectify issues immediately.
- Carrier Relations: Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related supply chain role.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates) and Microsoft Office Suite is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a warehouse setting, stand for extended periods, and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
