Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and cross-functional teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost reduction
- Conduct daily operational briefings and performance reviews
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety compliance
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
