Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse storage efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics performance metrics
- Maintain relationships with freight carriers and negotiate favorable rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
