- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, optimizing routes and carriers
- Manage customs documentation, compliance, and regulatory adherence

- Resolve shipping discrepancies and logistics challenges efficiently
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation

Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations (Incoterms, customs)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Forklift certification preferred
