Responsibilities
- Load and unload refrigerated trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Monitor temperature logs and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but we provide training for the right candidates.
