Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a -10°F to 20°F environment.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and food safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures for extended periods.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Basic math skills for inventory purposes.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
