About the Role:
As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are moved safely and accurately from our docks to the delivery vehicles. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing stock against purchase orders and invoices.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, following all safety regulations.
- Packaging: Properly package items for shipment to ensure they arrive at their destination without damage.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing them into the inventory system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- License: Valid driver's license required; Forklift certification is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
