Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/distribution center
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Coordinate with team to optimize inventory flow and meet operational deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and equipment usage
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve operational challenges efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and inventory control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
