Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage shipments accurately and efficiently to maintain workflow.
- Conduct routine pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inventory management, including scanning, counting, and stock verification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class B is a plus).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and hazard recognition.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
