Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders from the warehouse floor with 99.9% accuracy.
- Verify product condition and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
