Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts within the refrigerated zones.
- Monitor and log temperature readings to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Keep storage areas organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders for distribution.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in cold environments (temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
