Job Overview
As a Warehouse Loader, you will be the backbone of our supply chain. You will ensure that inventory moves swiftly from receiving to shipping, maintaining high standards of organization and safety throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (we provide training).
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Organize stock in designated zones to maximize warehouse space.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
