Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or Pallet Jack) in a safe and efficient manner according to safety protocols.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, trailers, and containers accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform routine safety checks and equipment maintenance as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL not required but preferred).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
