Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment in strict adherence to all safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct thorough pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S compliance).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid OSHA forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and navigating uneven terrain.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting inventory and handling sensitive cargo.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
